I took these photos at the request of the family; I was only able to cover the transfer of the coffin from the hearse to the sled which was then pulled behind Defford's bulldozer for the rest of the ride to the McDaniel cemetery. My condolences go forever to Defford's family for his untimely loss. I was honored to be a part of the ceremonies for him.
